Anested formalizes its three-division group structure
Infrastructures, Education, and Welfare now operate as peer divisions under the Anested parent — one architecture, three mandates.
Anested today formalized the structure it has operated informally since its founding: three peer divisions — Anested Infrastructures, Anested Education, and Anested Welfare — under a single parent company.
Anested Infrastructures is the commercial engineering division: a professional software organization behind the group's SaaS platforms, analytics, servers, and AI systems. Anested Education builds learning platforms and institutional partnerships. Anested Welfare operates scholarships, developer packs, open-source grants, and community programs.
The unusual part of the structure is its funding mandate: Welfare is written into the group's operating agreement as a fixed claim on surplus, not a discretionary CSR budget. When the commercial divisions do well, the welfare division automatically does more.
The divisions share one engineering standard, one design language, and one long-term principle: everything great is built in layers. Products are expected to reinforce each other — infrastructure powers education, education creates talent, talent builds infrastructure, and welfare widens who gets to participate.
The structure takes effect immediately. Division leads report to the group; each division publishes its own roadmap and, from this year, an annual letter.
