Welfare is not a side program at Anested — it is a division with the same standing as our commercial businesses, funded by a fixed share of group surplus.
Funded by structure, not by mood
Most corporate giving is a discretionary budget — generous in good years, first to be cut in bad ones. Anested Welfare works differently: the group's operating agreement commits a fixed share of surplus to the division. When Infrastructures, Clouds, and Education do well, Welfare automatically does more. No committee vote, no annual renegotiation.

Student Scholarships
Merit and need-based scholarships covering Skills access, certification fees, and study stipends.

Open-Source Grants
Funding and free infrastructure for maintainers of projects in our dependency tree.

- Active maintainers of open-source projects in the Anested dependency tree — and occasionally beyond it.
Social Missions
Disaster-relief tech support, digitization drives, and pro-bono platforms for non-profits.

Community Meetups
Sponsorship for free, open developer and learner meetups.
