How hiring works

    Send your resume or portfolio with a short note on what you want to build. No cover-letter theater.

  2. 2. Conversation

    A 45-minute call about your work, our work, and whether they fit. Both sides ask hard questions.

  3. 3. Practical

    A small, paid, time-boxed exercise close to the real job. Never free work, never puzzles.

  4. 4. Decision

    A final conversation with the division lead. We decide within a week and tell you either way.
