Anested Welfare operates the group's scholarships, developer packs, open-source grants, and community programs. Unusually, it is not a CSR budget: the group's operating agreement commits a fixed share of surplus to Welfare.
That structural funding changes the division's character. Programs are designed to run for years, not press cycles — and when the commercial divisions grow, Welfare grows automatically, with no committee vote in between.
Every program has its own page, eligibility criteria, and application path. One email starts each of them.
